How Our Waiting List Works

 

Many of our puppies are reserved before they are even born, so we use a waiting list system to keep everything fair, organised, and stress-free for both us and our buyers.

 

To join the waiting list, we require a non-refundable £150 holding fee.

 

This fee secures your place in line for an upcoming litter and shows serious commitment, but it is important to understand that this is not a deposit for a specific puppy.

 

It does not guarantee:

 

• A specific puppy

• Male or female

• Colour

• Markings

• Coat type

• Size

• Availability from the very next litter

 

It simply secures your place in the order of choosing once suitable puppies become available.

 

Once puppies are safely born and we know there are enough puppies for your place on the waiting list, we begin contacting families in order.

 

From birth, we send weekly updates with photos, videos, and little progress reports, so you can enjoy watching your puppy grow from the very beginning.

 

At around 4 weeks old, families are invited to visit and choose their puppy.

 

This gives you the chance to meet them properly, discuss temperament, and make sure the right puppy is matched to the right home and lifestyle.

 

At this stage, a non-refundable £350 reservation deposit is required to officially secure your chosen puppy.

 

Puppies stay with us until around 10 weeks old, giving them extra time for confidence building, social development, grooming preparation, and the very best start before leaving for their new homes.

 

The remaining balance is due on collection.

 

If your preferred puppy is not available in that litter, your place can simply be carried forward to a future litter until the right puppy comes along.

 

As responsible breeders, we always reserve the right to refuse a sale if we feel a home is not the right fit. Our puppies’ welfare will always come first.

Our puppy prices vary depending on breed, bloodlines, colour, markings, size, and current demand.

 

We regularly check what other reputable licensed breeders with the same level of health testing and care are charging, and we price our puppies accordingly.

 

As a fully licensed breeder, a great deal goes into every litter, from health testing and quality care for our mums to veterinary checks, puppy preparation, and ongoing support for new owners.

 

There is no expense spared when it comes to raising our puppies properly and giving them the very best start in life.
